The first course that really gave me an idea as to what I should do for my design project was EDID6509. The course was exciting for me because before it, I only knew about Dreamweaver and HTML to create websites. Creating a prototype had never been so easy with the help of software, such as Axure RP. It still required logic and design but it showed me that during the proposal state, there was no need to present the final product – at least not yet. EDID6509 enabled me to showcase my love for design, but it was a double-edged sword. I mostly volunteered to create the prototypes for my groups and someone else focused on the theory part of the project. During my Design Project stage, this weakness has been spotted by my PA and myself. I know I do tend to focus on the prototype or the technology of instructional design projects. However, I continue to appreciate this subjects, which solidly connects the T to MsC-IDT.
